2.1. NapLull provides a mobile and web-based platform for tracking baby sleep patterns, providing wake window guidance, and offering AI-powered insights.
2.2. You understand that your use of NapLull may be subject to limitations based on your subscription plan, such as history retention, number of child profiles, or other usage constraints.
2.3. You agree not to interfere with the proper functioning of NapLull or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our platform.
2.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of NapLull with reasonable notice when possible.
3.1. We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
3.2. By using NapLull, you grant us the right to collect and process data related to your usage of the platform and your baby’s sleep data.
3.3. We may use aggregated and anonymized data for statistical and analytical purposes to improve our services.
3.4. Your baby’s sleep data remains yours. You can export or delete your data at any time through the app settings.
4.1. All content and materials provided on NapLull, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, images, and trademarks, are the property of NapLull or its licensors.
4.2. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce any part of NapLull without our explicit written consent.
5.1. NapLull offers both free and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to our paid services, you agree to pay the fees associated with your chosen plan.
5.2. Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Refunds are subject to their respective policies.
5.3. We reserve the right to modify our subscription fees, but any changes will be communicated to you in advance and will not affect your current billing period.
6.1. NapLull is provided “as is” without any warranties or guarantees, whether express or implied.
6.2. NapLull is intended for informational purposes only and should not be considered medical advice. Always consult with a healthcare professional for medical concerns about your baby’s sleep.
6.3. We do not warrant that NapLull will be error-free, secure, or uninterrupted.
7.1. In no event shall NapLull or its affiliates be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our platform.
8.1. You may terminate your account at any time through the app settings or by contacting us.
8.2. NapLull reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account for any violation of these Terms of Service.
9.1. These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
