About NapLull

Built by parents, for parents

👩‍👧‍👦

Hi, I'm Wendy

Mom of 3 & Founder of NapLull

When my first baby was born, I thought I was prepared. I'd read the books, set up the nursery, and had a plan. What I didn't have? Any idea how to track sleep patterns or understand wake windows.

I tried notebooks, spreadsheets, and multiple apps. They were either too complicated, too clinical, or required too many taps when I was exhausted at 3am. By my second child, I knew there had to be a better way.

NapLull was born from those sleepless nights. It's the app I wished I had—simple enough to use one-handed while feeding, smart enough to actually help, and designed with the understanding that tired parents need fewer decisions, not more.

Now with three kids, I've lived through every sleep regression, short nap phase, and "why won't you just sleep?" moment. This experience shapes every feature we build.

Our Mission

To help exhausted parents find patterns in the chaos. We believe understanding your baby's sleep shouldn't require a PhD in data analysis or hours of app navigation. Simple tracking leads to clearer patterns, and clearer patterns lead to more rest—for everyone.

What Makes NapLull Different

⚡

Built for exhaustion

Every feature works with one hand, half-closed eyes, and zero patience. Because that's reality at 3am.

Parent wisdom, not just data

Our insights come from real parenting experience combined with sleep science—not just algorithms.

Your data stays yours

We never sell your information. Your baby's sleep data is private, secure, and exportable anytime.

Our Content Philosophy

Every article on our blog comes from real experience. We write about what actually works, not just what sounds good in theory. When we discuss wake windows, sleep cues, or overtired babies—it's because we've lived it.

We also know that every baby is different. Our guides offer frameworks, not rigid rules. You know your baby best; we're just here to help you understand them better.
